Bracelets in the collection are made primarily from ceramic and steel. But some models, like the one shown here, have rubber straps. Thematically, rubber is an excellent match for watches in the Ceramic and Sapphire collection because of its proven durability. The extra-soft white rubber strap used on this model is molded into the shape of a bracelet with faux links, which is a popular way of realizing the look of a bracelet while maintaining the comfort of rubber. The buckle of the strap on this model is coated in rose-gold IP, as is the case, which is made of stainless steel. Rose-gold IP also coats the hands, dial numerals and markers.
The effect of pairing rose-gold – now firmly rooted as one of watchmaking’s most popular colors – with white, results in an outstandingly fresh and cool look; the dazzling rose-gold IP is in harmonious balance with the translucent luster and airiness of the white ceramic.
The stationary dive bezel implies a nautical theme, and with water resistance to 165 feet this Ceramic and Sapphire model can stand up to its fair share of aquatic activity. The date function is ever useful and the quartz-powered movement means no winding required.
As one of the sportiest models in the collection, the white dial watch shown has a case diameter of 40 mm. Other, dressier models in the collection are smaller. Most are three-handed with a date function and come in either square or round cases. The use of mother-of-pearl and diamonds appears throughout the collection to provide additional detail, texture and color.
